tomorrow im going to long island to make a record with mike sapone.  i’ll be up there for three weeks.  anthony brock of the band emanuel will be up there for the first week or so to play drums, then he’ll leave, and i’ll record the rest of the album alone.  the album will come out this summer on a really cool label.  i’m not sure if i’m allowed to say which one yet. ...

my first neti pot
the last few days ive been pretty sick, and today my sinuses were out of control.  seriously wanted to stick a needle in my face to deflate that shit.  so after doing some research, i decided to get a neti pot at whole foods. ive tried it a couple times since then.  i think is pretty cool, but im not totally convinced.  definitely feels hilarious either way.
